1. How long is my account valid for?
These are Free accounts and are valid for as long as you need the account.

2. Can I cancel my Account at any time?
If you have a user account you can. A professional, artist or business account will depend on whether you have any customers who have purchased your goods/services.

3. I can not remember my login. What do I do?
That's OK we will send a reminder to your registered email address. Go to the Login page and under 'Forgotten your password' select click here. A reminder will be sent to you.

4. After I have registered what happens?

You will receive your login confirmation and a welcome email. If you have made a payment then paypal will also send you a receipt. You can then use your login to start managing your account. The welcome letter details the pages where you can set up your own information.

5. I signed up for a Professional Account but my account is inactive. Why?

As soon as you sign up we then have to check whether your CRB status is valid. We will email you as soon as this had been made active.

We will be available in the UK between the core hours of 8:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday.

During our working week, dependant on email volume we will aim to respond within 1 working day

8. How Do I Add Comments to the Forums?
First you will need to register then once you have logged in you are authorized to make comments. You can upload a picture and create your own unique chat room name.

9. How can I purchase Tracks and Goods?
First you will need to register then once you have logged in you are authorized to purchase credits. You can then use those credits to buy tracks, music video lessons & other goods.

10. I was logged in and left my account for a short time. On my return I had been logged out?
We automatically log you out after a set period in case you have forgotten to log out.
